Shipping Policy 

Thank you for placing your order. We will ship your order on the same day if it was placed before 12pm PST (weekdays), and the next business day if placed later. 

You can expect your delivery within 2-4 days of shipping as we are sending all orders with USPS First-Class mail or a partnered provider such as DHL eCommerce. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

We also offer overnight shipping with FedEx for $35. Choose the shipping option “FedEx Overnight Shipping” at checkout. Please note:

  • If the order is placed before 12 pm PST Monday to Thursday, delivery will be the next business day (with the exception of holidays)
  • If the order is placed between Thursday 12 pm PST and Friday at 12 pm PST, their order will be delivered Monday (with the exception of holidays)
  • If the order is placed after 12 pm PST Friday, then their order is delivered on Tuesday (with the exception of holidays)

Overnight FedEx shipping is not available when shipping to PO or APO Boxes.

Fees paid for FedEx overnight, international shipping, and any other shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Our refund process can take up to 14 business days to complete. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account depending on your financial institution’s policies. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.
