Do I need to sign up for Brillia Rewards to refer my friends?
Yes. In order to receive a reward for a successful referral, you will need a Brillia account to collect the points, and use them on future orders or a subscription.

How can I see my referrals?
1. Log in to your Brillia Account
2. Go to Brillia Loyalty Rewards website page
3. Click on “My Referrals” to see the status of your referrals
I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?
It may be there was a mistype in one of the email addresses entered – or maybe commas weren’t added between multiple emails to separate them.
No worries! We recommend going back and entering each email address again (one at a time) and clicking “send” after each one – rather than uploading them all at once.

I’ve referred friends but haven’t received any points. Is there something else I need to do?
Referred friends must be first time customers in order for both of you to receive a referral rewards. In addition, you must log into your account and send the referral through the rewards referral section on the rewards page – or through the use of your unique referral link (also found there) that you can share via text, email, social media posts, and more!
Points will be added to your account as soon as the person you refer completes their first purchase from DiscoverBrillia.com. Once this happens you’ll receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a successful purchase using your code, and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your “Rewards History” in your account to see a list of points that you’ve received for referrals.
How do I redeem points?
Here’s how your points can be easily redeemed for a discount (only one discount allowed per order):
Log into your Brillia account. Then go add the Brillia supply you’d like to purchase into your cart. At checkout, look for the dropdown showing your earned discounts and choose one to apply towards your order.
Log into your Brillia account. Under “My Subscriptions”, you’ll be able to apply an earned discount towards your next recurring delivery order.
