Erica Garza
Erica Garza is a writer and editor with a focus in mental health, wellness, and addiction. Her writing has appeared in TIME, Health, Women’s Health, Glamour, Good Housekeeping, and VICE. She has also appeared as a guest on TODAY, NRP, and various podcasts as an advocate for mental health. Through her work at Brillia, Erica aims to educate and empower readers to pursue healthy, mindful lifestyles, driven by her own personal experiences with anxiety. Each of her pieces works to encourage open dialogue about stigmatized topics and is bolstered by medical studies and fact-checked data. Erica has an MFA degree from Columbia University, a BA from UCLA, and a certificate in Narrative Therapy from Vancouver School of Narrative Therapy. She lives in Los Angeles.

Dr. Ariane Resnick is a special diet chef, certified nutritionist and bestselling author. She has been featured in media such as Forbes, CBS’ “The Doctors” and Huffington Post, and her private clientele includes celebrities such as Pink. Ariane has two books published (the first, “The Bone Broth Miracle,” reached the ranking of No. 1 cookbook on Amazon on multiple occasions) and two books releasing in 2019.

Janet Ashforth
Janet Ashforth is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and licensed Massage Therapist. She first studied to be a Personal Trainer in 1997 and since has worked at several popular gyms and owned her own fitness company. As a health and fitness expert, she’s helped countless individuals maintain or regain their health and wellness. Janet has raised three kids into happy and successful adulthood and now has her first grandchild. She also writes about food, nutrition, cooking and baking and is a “real food” advocate.

Claudia S. Copeland, PH.D.
Dr. Claudia S. Copeland holds a BA in psychology from the University of California at San Diego and a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology from Tulane University. A biomedical writer since 2008, she has interviewed countless medical experts in a broad range of subjects, from addiction treatment to infectious disease to mind-body medicine for wellness.

Stacy Mosel, LMSW
Stacy Mosel, LMSW is a licensed social worker, psychotherapist, certified Reiki practitioner, yoga enthusiast, and musician. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1999 and a Master of Social Work from New York University in 2002. She has had extensive training in child and family therapy and the identification and treatment of substance abuse and mental health disorders.
