Brillia Subscription FAQs

How does my Brillia subscription work?

Easy! First, pick which dosage works for you. Then, choose how many months’ supply of Brillia you want delivered at once. The 3-month subscriptions are shipped every 3 months. If you try skipping the 4th month and see that it is a good choice for you or your child, then please email us at info@discoverbrillia.com so we can change your subscription to ship every 4 months. We also offer monthly subscriptions for those who want to spread out their payments. The monthly subscriptions offer a 15% discount in addition to free shipping. Next, enter your shipping and billing information, and you are all set.

Important Note: Please make sure to keep an eye out for the “Activate Your Brillia Account” email. Once you place your first subscription order this email will be sent to you. It includes a link to activate your subscription account to allow you to set a password on your Brillia subscription account and to make any changes that you wish to your subscription. 


How do I make changes to my subscription?

First make sure that you have activated your Brillia account (see above). If you have not, please email info@discoverbrillia.com to be sent a new “Activate Your Brillia Account” email to complete this step.

To make any changes to your subscription, log in to your account https://discoverbrillia.com/account/login and click "Manage Subscription" button on the right-hand side. From there, you can change your choices as needed such as:

  • Manage and update addresses
  • Manage payment information
  • Manage upcoming orders
  • See transaction history
  • Cancel subscription

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, when you order Brillia's subscription products, you'll automatically be signed up to receive recurring orders. Visit the "Manage Subscriptions" page on your account page where you can adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime.

We'll also send you a reminder email 3 days before your order is set to renew, so if you need to make any changes, you'll be reminded!


What is the frequency of a Brillia subscription? Can I change it?

With Brillia, you can decide how frequently you'd like to receive your order. The 3-month subscriptions are shipped every 3 months. If you try skipping the 4th month and see that it is a good choice for you or your child, then please email us at info@discoverbrillia.com so we can change your subscription to ship every 4 months. We also offer monthly subscriptions for those who want to spread out their payments. You can skip a shipment at any time free of charge. If you would like to change frequency, send us an email at subscriptions@discoverbrillia.com or call us Toll Free: 1.888.411.6952

Can I change the severity/dosage I subscribe to?

If you are on the monthly payment plan, you can switch dosage from your Subscription Management page. Open the tab "Products in your subscription." Next to the product, click the link "Swap Product" and choose the dosage you would like. Then hit save.

If you are on the 3 month or 4 month subscription frequency plan, you will need to cancel the subscription (see below), and reorder with new dosage.


Can I skip an order?

You can skip (or un-skip!) any shipment up until 12 AM EST on the day your subscription is set to renew. If you skip after midnight on your renewal date, there is no guarantee your order has not already processed.

We'll also send you a reminder email 3 days before your order is set to renew, so if you need to skip or make any changes, you'll be reminded!


Can I make a one-time purchase of Brillia?

Yes, you can always make a one-time purchase of Brillia at any dose while your subscription is running.


What happens if I move?

No problem! Wherever you go, Brillia will follow and long as you stay in the U.S. To change your address, log in to your account https://discoverbrillia.com/account/login and click "Manage Subscription" button on the right-hand side. From there, you can edit the shipping information for each subscription by clicking "Address and shipping information" tab and then clicking “Edit” next to your address. Be sure to click “Save Changes” button so that your changes are locked in!


How do I cancel my subscription?

While we hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription by signing in to your account https://discoverbrillia.com/account/login and click "Manage Subscription". Next to each subscription you want to cancel, click “View Details.” Then, at bottom of page, click Cancel Subscription tab, click red "Cancel Subscription” button, then click red “Cancel Subscription” button again to verify.

Make sure you Cancel the subscription by 11:59PM EST the day before your renewal date to ensure the next order, and all future orders, do not process.
